We would like to introduce ourselves,  J A Yates Construction Limited and to kindly ask you to peruse our web site. We are a Manchester based Groundworks and Civil Engineering Company, our current  turnover is approx 3.5 million, we anticipate that we will increase our turnover this year by approx 2% and look forwards to increasing our turnover on a year to year basis [even through this current financial crisis] from this moment on, we have been established since 2002 and our Managing Director has over 17 years experience as a ground works and Civil Engineering Contractor.

We offer both a Labour and Plant and full Labour/Plant and Materials service.

We carry all our own fully certified Plant from Excavators at 1.5 tonne to 22.5 tonne capacity plus Dumpers and Vibrating rollers to which we can offer competitive cross hire rates 

We are a Construction line registered Company [Registration Number 59218] and are an accredited CHAS member
